Our officers spearhead the movement to provide support and advice to migrant domestic workers in the UK, as well as increase our members’ awareness about the abuse and exploitation of domestic workers, and what we can do about them.
Phoebe "Bing" Dimacali
Chairperson
Phoebe is originally from Agusan del Norte. She then lived in Bulacan for many years, and has come to call it home. She is an undergraduate at Bulacan State University (Bachelor of Science in Education) and worked several jobs in the Philippines (including being a Day Care teacher, a staff/researcher/instructor at Bulacan Workers Institute and a clerk at several departments of the Bocaue, Bulacan local government unit) before deciding to work abroad.
She first went to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on February of 2001 to work as a housekeeper, and went to the UK on July of 2002. She is currently employed as a cleaner/housekeeper.

Sheila "Cielo" Esperanza Tilan
Vice Chairperson, Founding Member
Shiela, or Cielo as she is known to many of her friends, is originally from Galimuyod, Ilocos Sur. She is a commerce undergraduate at Divine Word College and an animal husbandry undergraduate at the Mariano Marcos State University. Before working abroad, she is self-employed, working in the poultry/piggery business and farm management, as well as an animal feeds distributor. Cielo came to the UK on December of 2003 as a house keeper.

Eva hails from Calapan, Oriental Mindoro. She worked in Hong Kong before starting to work in the UK on January of 2008 as a nanny.
